David Guetta


David Guetta (born 7 November 1967 in Paris, France as Pierre David Guetta) [1] is a French house DJ and music producer.

 
Guetta began at the age of 17 years working as a mixer and DJ in Parisian nightclubs. Following the publication of some mix-CDs the late 1980s, he was first owner of a nightclub in the French capital. 1992 married David Guetta Cathy Guetta, born Bardan.

In 1994 he released the single Up & Away on Dance Pool. The early 2000s, Guetta began to make music. 2002 saw his debut album Just a Little More Love on the track caused some in collaboration with Chris Willis. With singles such as Just a Little More Love and Love Do not Let Me Go Guetta managed his international breakthrough. 

In 2004 he released his second studio album Guetta Blaster. In 2005 he was with The World Is Mine a hit that went through the clubs. His most successful single is a mix of his 2002s hit Love Do not Let Me Go and Tocadisco Remix by The Egg Walking Away.

This mix in 2006 was one of the biggest hits in the clubs of Europe. This was followed by Love Is Gone, Baby When The Lights, Delirious Tomorrow Can Wait and Every Time We Touch, all found on the album Pop Life.

 
In addition, he runs together with Joachim Garraud Gum Records music label, a sublabel of Virgin Music in France. His Pop Life album was released in summer 2007.

 
Guetta was in 2007 at the World Music Awards in London awarded the prize of the best DJs in the world. Like 2009, he was the third best British DJ and in 2010 voted the second best DJ in the world and was bestplazierter house DJ.

 
In the night of 5 July 2008, he joined with his wife Cathy, Tiesto, Joachim Garraud, Martin Solveig and Carl Cox in front of 40,000 spectators at the Stade de France. 

This was the first time that such an event took place on this scale in France. It was inspired by event Sensation White, where Guetta on several occasions took part as a DJ. The second edition of this event was held on 4 July 2009 again at the Stade de France. In addition to playing Guetta Armin van Buuren, Sven Vath, Steve Angello, Axwell and. Since April 2009, David Guetta has his own radio show at Radio RauteMusik.FM. Together with the Frankfurt-based label, the transmitter emits BigCityBeats the show every Saturday evening from a 21 clock. David Guetta brought out in August 2009 his new album One Love. On the new album can be found for the first time collaborations with hip-hop and R & B artists such as Akon, Kelly Rowland, Ne-Yo, Will.i.am, Kid Cudi, Estelle and Rihanna. 

It exceeded all expectations, rising both in his homeland and in almost all other countries in the top 10 It has sold over two million copies and reached gold in Germany three times. [2] The first single from the album When Love Takes Over with Kelly Rowland has been published. The single sold more than 3.7 million copies and was his first number one hit in the United Kingdom. 

In Germany the song reached gold status. [2] The second single with Akon Sexy Bitch on 7 August 2009 published. David Guetta with her landed his first number one hit in Germany, Sexy Bitch got platinum status. [2] It also was his first Top 50 hit in the U.S., with 6.4 million sales and it was one of the most successful titles of the year worldwide .

Memories was the third single with the hip-hop star Kid Cudi. They sold 1.4 million worldwide and earned gold status in Germany. [2] The fourth and final single from One Love was on 23 November 2009 published. In April 2010 came the advance single Gettin 'Over You with Fergie, Chris Willis and LMFAO for his deluxe album One Love: One More Love. The song was already with Chris Willis One Love.

 
Before the release of second single he co-wrote with the title song for Flo Rida Step Up 3D. The song sold over five million copies.

 In November they released Who's That Chick feat. Rihanna: 2.7 million sales and gold in Germany [2].

Since the 5th March 2011, he puts on every Saturday radio show on Radio 105th When asked David Guetta for his fifth album, he said that it will be released in September 2011. His new sound is inspired by rock bands like Coldplay and Kings of Leon, he also said. [3] 

On 25 March 2011 was Guetta his first interview about his upcoming fifth album. There will be songs with Akon and will.i.am previous features as well as several new ones. Among the featured songs on the album Little Bad Girl with Ludacris and Taio Cruz. 

Another song from the album will be Where Them Girls At by Flo Rida and Nicki Minaj. [4] Where Them Girls At, the first single from the album appeared in 2011 and worldwide on the 2nd May, after an unfinished version was leaked online. 

The song climbed the charts everywhere at once, in Germany at number 5 [5] On 20 July was the video for Where Them Girls At public. On 27 The song was published in Germany in June Little Bad Girl. [6] published the first promo single with titanium Sia on 5 August. The second promo single released Lunar (with Afro Jack) 15 August. Night of Your Life starring Jennifer Hudson appeared as the third promo single on 22 August.

 
Nothing but the beat was on in Germany 26 August and published five weeks later it was at the top of the charts. The third single, Without You Usher was in 4th place with his most successful song in the United States.

 
In addition to the album on Sep 17, 2011 celebrated the eponymous film by Huse Monfaradi Rex theater in Paris its world premiere. He is a documentary by David Guetta's life and his rise from unknown House DJ, to prominent music producer and DJ. On 22 March 2012 came the film for free on iTunes and shot to the top of the podcast charts in countries like USA, Germany, Great Britain and France.

 
On 21 October, he met with Armin van Buuren from the throne of the world's DJ Mag Top 100 list and is therefore at No. 1 [7] In addition, he has been with Sunshine and Nothing But The Beat twice nominated for Grammys 2012th

 
On New Year's Eve Guetta stepped in front of nearly two million revelers in Rio de Janeiro.

Following the release of the two also commercially successful singles Titanium and Turn Me On in March its first all-electronic single was released from the album: The Alpha Beat.
